Big-clubbed Spider Orchid (Arachnorchis magniclavata - formerly Caladenia magniclavata)

Flowers in Spring (Sep - Oct), favours dense Jarrah or Karri forests in well drained soil.  Flowers medium thick clubs on sepals and petals.

Splendid Spider Orchid (Arachnorchis splendens - formerly Caladenia splendens)

Flowers in Spring (Sep - Oct), favours wet areas such as gullies and at margins of granite outcrops.  Flowers large; sepals and petals are decurved with long tails.
